When you plan the route for your restaurant on wheels, try to choose the most crowded place, preferably in the city center, where all the attractions will be nearby. How to pick up passengers, you think? Everything is very simple here. You can reserve a seat, and by the appointed time the canteen on wheels will pick you up at the agreed place. You can do a little differently: wait until all the places are full and only then run along the alley.

Since you are unlikely to be able to cook in a mobile cafe, unless of course it is a motor home, it is recommended to include food in the menu that you only need to warm up. It can be:
